What is it?

Wellness is all about finding balance between your exercise, nutrition, and mental health. Whether your goal is to increase your strength and vitality, reduce stress, or even help young athletes prep for college sports with strength and conditioning programming, our custom online programs can help you achieve those goals. 

 

After an initial questionnaire and interview our coach will go through setting up your WIG or Wildly Important Goal! We'll take you through the process step by step to figure out what behavioral changes can help you achieve your WIG. After that, your program will be created and a shared document on Google will be updated weekly by our coach to give you feed back and help based off of your exercise and nutrition logs. Don't worry, we won't ask you to count calories or weigh your food, just simply jot down what you ate 2-3 days a week and how you are feeling about your diet and exercise. Once a month we'll do a recap to see how things are going and feeling, then at the end of the 12 week cycle we will assess where things stand and make any necessary adjustments to continue your programing!

About our Coach

Robert got his first job in the wellness industry at a supplement shop in 2010. While working there he studied for and received his first personal training certification along with a certification for sports nutrition. He then started training out of a corporate gym and after about 2.5 years decided to branch out and build out his own garage gym. Shortly after he decided to get his massage therapy license to add another tool to his tool box, but unfortunately after about 4 years he had to give up his massage therapy practice due to the arthritis it was causing in his hands. At that time he decided to refocus on wellness and decided to go back to school to get his degree. He now holds degrees in Kinesiology (the science of movement), and Nutrition, with an additional focus in mental health.
